Jewellery – No Return / No Exchange Policy
• All jewellery items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, color variation, or design preference.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect jewellery item, inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.
Apparel Return Policy
• Returns must be requested within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items showing signs of use will not be eligible for return.
• Sale or discounted products are not eligible for return.
Exchange Policy
• Roopakala does not offer direct exchanges.
• If you wish to exchange an eligible apparel item, you must return the product and place a new order separately.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Return Process
• Contact our customer support within the applicable return window.
• Share your Order Number and reason for return.
• Provide photos/videos if the item is damaged or defective.
• Approved returns will be picked up within 4–7 working days.
Refund Policy
• Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
